HOW DO YOU OFFER SUCH GREAT DEALS?

We scour the DFW area for amazing (and new product) returns, overstock, 'going out of business', retired, or discontinued products and ensure they are unblemished and come complete. In any instance where there is a minor imperfection, we pass along even more savings to you. One-of-a-kind deals present themselves organically which often means we may only have a single quantity of an item, so be sure to check our site frequently for your new favorite thing(s). 

 

We compliment our hand-picked finds with amazing 3rd party partner products to ensure our store is stocked, even if we're still out shopping for treasures. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Regular priced items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, email info@designerhomeandauto.com prior to return window expiration. Discounted items can be returned within 14 days for an 80% refund (a 20% restocking fee is applied), email info@designerhomeandauto.com prior to return window expiration.

 

*Thank you for understanding that some of our products do have a no refunds designation due to the deep discounts offered and/or the abundant cost(s) of shipping. We work tirelessly to ensure all products meet quality standards and have included any imperfections (if any) within the product description.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DELIVERY?

Many of our products offer free shipping for your convenience. On select products (typically heavy, non-conforming shipping dimensions, or fragile products), a local delivery option will be available at checkout for those in the McKinney, TX and surrounding area. If you are a McKinney, TX resident and don't see a local delivery option available, we're always a phone call or email away and would gladly coordinate a pick up or delivery timeslot to have the chance to meet you!
